Class Description: (ADM 3) This training helps family childcare providers improve their ability to develop a marketing plan and use marketing tools to build relationships with families to improve retention and referrals. Topics include: identifying audiences for marketing, communication features and benefits of the program, and the use of marketing tools.

This training will is delivered in an online format and full participation is required to receive credit for the class.

Once registered, participants will receive an email the day before training with required handouts and login information. Participants are responsible for printing and bringing the required handouts to class.
