Monique holds a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and an Advanced Director's Credential. With over 25 years of working in leadership roles within the child care industry, Monique brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and extensive knowledge of childcare business management to her position, previously owning and operating successful multi-site programs. Monique is a strong results-oriented professional with an exemplary track record of bridging revenue performance gaps to achieve operations and profitability goals.

Within her current role, Monique has been instrumental in developing the Business Support Services department with Quality Care for Children by creating effective business leadership training and development programs for child care providers throughout the state of GA. Known for her innate ability to enthusiastically communicate with others through a supportive approach, Monique has been able to effectively convey complex business acumen to child care owners in a simple and yet compelling manner to yield outstanding results for their business's foundational success. Her passion as a child care industry advocate, business leader, and active coach drives her work in helping child care business owners become successful and sustainable.

Monique is extremely active in her community and church, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Atlanta Business League, and various local, state, and national child care and business associations. She currently lives in the Atlanta, GA, area with her beautiful children-daughter, Donjhaé, and son, Kylan.
