We help you improve and maintain the quality of the child care you deliver

Quality early learning and care are vital to the development of young children.

That’s why our services and programs are easy to understand and access, support quality improvement, and enhance your child care business’s operations, administration, and curriculum no matter the size or philosophy. Together, we will nurture and educate more of Georgia’s young children.

Quality Rated support

Georgia’s Quality Rated system quickly and easily communicates the quality of child care programs to families. It also provides a unique approach in supporting child care programs across the state in developing and maintaining high-quality learning environments for all children. Through free professional development, on-site coaching, and support to strengthen the best practices and experiences of children, our Early Learning Coaches assist child care programs in Central West Georgia (Region 2), North East Georgia (Region 6), and North West Georgia (Region 1) in achieving and maintaining Quality Rated.

Training

Because professional development opportunities are essential for high-quality learning environments, we create and deliver engaging and informative training covering a broad range of topics, including language and literacy, early learning standards, health and safety, nutrition, and many other choices that equip child care providers to continue learning and growing so that the children in their care do too!

Nutrition services

We support child care programs in serving healthy foods that nourish young children’s brains and bodies while also encouraging daily movement. Our Child Care Food Program gives providers resources to serve high-quality meals and snacks while receiving monthly food cost reimbursement, nutrition training, and other resources. We also share free, downloadable Georgia Early Care and Education (ECE) Harvest of the Month materials to support food education and help children become adventurous eaters!
