Class Description: ADM-1, ADM-4 - Intermediate – This training is to build upon the PLC protocols, conversations and home learning that was part of the PLC training L.E.A.D.E.R.S.: Creating a Foundation for Leadership Part 3; Staff Morale. Program Directors / Owners will partake in a protocol that will examine a dilemma surrounding Staff Morale, with a specific focus question that will allow for clarifying and probing questions and conversations. The outcome will be to support a plan of action to pursue within their programs.
