Cost: FREE for all programs and providers who have an active Quality Rated application and/or Quality Rated Portfolio OR have received their star rating! $ 40 per participant for programs not participating in Quality Rated (cash or check only) which will be collected during the morning registration. The $40 fee can be waived at the door if programs attend before 8:45 AM and create a Quality Rated application to begin the Quality Rated process. *Verification of Quality Rated status will be checked at the door at 8:15 AM to 9:00 AM

The Teacher's Role in Brain Development and Play, ECE-1: Dive into the basics of brain anatomy and learn how your role in play and brain development affects children's learning through play
Understanding Leadership Step 1: Self Reflection, ADM-1, ADM-9: This training will focus on why it is important for directors and other ECE leaders to understand the impact their values, motivations, and perceptions. Activities will examine what their values are, what skills are needed to be director and how these align. This is the first step in a series of trainings on leadership and builds the foundation for future topics.
Leadership Step 2, Pt. 1: What is a Leader?, : This training explores the relationship between leadership roles (titles) and leadership activities, skills, and competencies. Attendees will look at what attributes and skills leaders have and how these relate to their leadership style. Finally the training will allow attendees to explore their personal values, program values, and identify the vision and mission for their programs.
Developmentally Appropriate Art: The Process, Not the Product, ECE-3: The audience will learn the importance of process art and why it is developmentally appropriate in the preschool setting
