Class Description: Little hands love making delicious creations. In cooking, children will more likely try new fruits and vegetables, gain confidence and independence, practice new skills, and learn healthy eating habits. In this workshop participants will learn tips and best practices for cooking and offering taste tests in the ECE setting. We will cook, do a taste test activity, share ideas, and strategize how to connect recipes and tastings to teaching young children.
