Class Description: ADM 4- This training supports child care administrators in their efforts to strengthen systems of staff recruitment and improve their ability to retain quality staff. Topics include: developing effective job descriptions, conducting effective interviews and establishing hiring processes, creating an orientation for new employees, and providing ongoing feedback and performance management.
