ECERS-3 In-Depth Training

Class Description: This training provides an in-depth exploration of the Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale-Third Edition (ECERS-3) that is used by DECAL as one of the tools used to assess child care learning centers participating in Georgia's Quality Rated (QR) System. This training is limited to child care programs that have submitted a Quality Rated application or hold a current Quality Rated designation. If you are not currently participating in Quality Rated, you can complete your application today at https://qualityrated.decal.ga.gov. After your application is submitted, you will be eligible to register for this training. (ECE 1.1, 1.2,1.3, 1.4 ) (ECE 4.1, 4.2, 4.3) (ADM-5)

Location: Rose Creek Public Library (4476 Towne Lake Pkwy, Woodstock, GA 30189)

Important Information: This is a face-to-face, four hour class with a 30 minute break for meals/snacks. Participants are encouraged to stay on -site during this time and are responsible for bringing their own light food//beverage and are expected to clean-up afterwards. There is a Publix across the street from the library that has many options avaialable, if needed during break time.Start times for the beginning of class and the start time after breaks are closely monitored and adhered to by the trainer.

Participants are responsible for printnig and bringing their handouts to class.

Participants who are more than 15 minutes late or leave more than 15 minutes early will NOT receive credit for the class.
